This morning, we visited Isabela Island. Urbina Bay is another special site which is situated at the foot of Alcedo volcano. We had a wet landing and along our walk we saw many finches, mockingbirds, giant tortoises and Galapagos land iguanas.

In the afternoon we visited Tagus cove on Isabela island which is an historic location that still bears the inscriptions from visitors in the 18th and 19th centuries. We had a dry landing and climbed a combination of wood steps and volcanic ash terrain to reach a lookout where we enjoyed the view and took pictures of Darwin’s lake.
