It’s amazing to believe how fast the days run onboard National Geographic Quest. It feels like yesterday that our guests embarked, and here we are, already in the middle of the week.

Today, we had the opportunity to stop at the beautiful Coiba National Park. Many years ago this area was considered the worst place to stay because it housed a prison. During the first expeditions in the park, guests were provided security by policemen. But since then it has become one of the very best places to visit, a piece of heaven on earth.
