Corcovado National park, located in the Osa Peninsula, is one of the largest protected areas of Costa Rica and it is considered by experts, one of the jewel parks of the world for its size, isolation, high diversity of species (including several species unique to the area) the many ecosystems that conforms it, and the pristine condition it has maintained.
