This day was spectacular in many ways. We started early and Bartolome had a lot to offer, from an exceptional beach and snorkel to the most breathtaking landscape in the Islands.
This is the home of the Galapagos penguin and today did not disappoint. Our guests enjoyed a few of these mini penguins swimming by the beach.
The afternoon offered an incredible hike across the now green Palo santo forest at Dragon Hill on the northern side of Santa Cruz Island. We encountered a flamingo, marine iguanas, yellow land iguanas, and several species of finches along the way.
