In the center of the Galapagos Islands lies this large island in which flora and fauna abound. Isabela Island is the largest in the archipelago, made up of six merged shield volcanoes, some of which are still active. This island contains a variety of landscapes, and several visitors sites which are must-sees for any Galapagos explorer.

It was a busy day, as there is much to see. Our guests had many different options to explore and enjoy the beautiful shores and the vibrant underwater realm. We offered several different hikes, looking for the elusive Galapagos fur seals, as well as kayaking and snorkeling excursions. We even offered glass-bottom boat rides, for those who wanted to experience the beauty of this unique marine reserve without getting wet. Our guests were dazzled with rich marine life, full of different fish species, as well as marine iguanas, sea lions, and a variety of sea birds.

It was another incredible day in paradise. We look forward to seeing what tomorrow brings, as our Galapagos exploration continues.
