Today is our last full day of expedition aboard National Geographic Endeavour II. We visited Punta Pitt early in the morning to look for red-footed boobies. They were here and there on the trail with their beautiful, bright red feet. After the hike and Zodiac rides, we made it to a green sandy beach where we snorkeled with sea lions and many different colorful fish.
During the afternoon, we visited Cerro Brujo, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Galapagos Islands. We were surrounded by sea lions, marine iguanas, blue-footed boobies, and many other seabirds. This place is a paradise for everyone. From the beach, we had one of the best angles to spot Leon Dormido, one of the most famous rocks in the Galapagos. We circumnavigated the rock during sunset.
