National Geographic Venture dropped anchor in Pavlov Harbor in the first hours of the morning. From there, guests on board had the opportunity to kayak, paddleboard and do Zodiac cruises near the mouth of Pavlov Falls. After the morning operations, we lifted our anchor and sailed north toward the town of Gustavus, sitting just outside the boundary of Glacier Bay National Park, where we came up on a group of humpback whales participating in cooperative bubble-net feeding!
