National Geographic Endeavour II anchored between North Seymour and Baltra. As the sun rose above the horizon, we spotted several seabirds flying nearby. We left the ship right after breakfast. Morning hours are the best time to observe the numerous species that call North Seymour home.
In the afternoon, we landed on Rabida Island. We were ready to explore the underwater world with our snorkeling equipment. Guests had close encounters with sea lions and multicolored fish. Later in the afternoon, we observed flamingos nesting in a beautiful golden light right before sunset.
