Our first day of our expedition began with a gorgeous sunrise. National Geographic Sea Lion dropped its anchor right in front of Manuel Antonio National Park. This park is surrounded by developments and mayor predators no longer roam along its limits. This has allowed middle size mammals to live and reproduce without the fear of being hunted.

The park offers several trails in which wildlife is easily seen. Most common inhabitants are the two and three sloths. Primates as whiteface capuchin, howler monkeys and including squirrel monkeys are seen as well close to the beach area.

The tropical waters of the beach always attracts guest to take a dip after any of the hikes. A great way to spend a great day of our expedition.
