Before dawn, ambitious adventurers departed for a landing at Isla San Estéban for an opportunity to watch the sunrise from shore. This scenic island was ideal for after-breakfast hikes as well. Later in the day we stopped at a seabird nesting island for expedition landing craft cruises to view terns, Heermann’s gulls, and other birds.
