Today’s weather was just about as nice as we could have asked for here in Southeast Alaska. The morning was calm and moody, but as the day went on, the clouds burned off and left us with some blue skies and sunshine. Guests had the chance to kayak and hike inside the scenic bay of Hallack Harbor on Kuiu Island. We then lifted the anchor and headed up Chatham Strait, finding a few humpback whales diving and swimming in the late evening.
