In our sleep, during our dreams National Geographic Sea Lion sailed during the night from the mega-island of Coiba in Panama, to our destination today in the pristine area of Golfo Dulce, Costa Rica.
During the morning we visited the renowned botanical garden of Casa Orquideas, to enjoy the easy trails full of flowers, fruits, and spices of the tropics. Toucans, scarlet macaws, and many other colorful birds interrupted regularly our peaceful walk. Truly a delight for nature lovers and photographers.
In the Afternoon we visited by boat, and kayaks the coastline and adjacent mangrove forest of Golfito, also in Costa Rica. It was a gorgeous sunny afternoon with great sights of howler monkeys and active white-faced capuchin monkeys.
