We started the day with a sunrise hike to Bartolome Island, where we learned about Galapagos geology and the arrival and establishment of various species.
Our goal for the day was to see Galapagos penguins, and our wishes were fulfilled. We saw penguins perching on rocks, swimming in the water, and even alongside us while we snorkeled. It was an amazing experience for all our guests. Water conditions were exceptional, and everyone had fun with whatever they picked. Guests enjoyed kayaking, tours in the glass-bottom boats, Zodiac rides, and snorkeling all day.
Today’s weather was fantastic, and we all enjoyed our time outside. The treasured moments spent on this beautiful island will remain in our hearts.
