Nancy Sheehan
Nancy Sheehan has been a practicing massage therapist for over 30 years. Her interest in massage therapy began while training for her first triathlon. That experience prompted her to begin studying at the International School of Massage Therapy in San Francisco. Later she founded Cranbury Therapeutic Massage, a thriving massage practice dedicated to the belief that regular massage therapy can be a powerfully relaxing and centering experience that contributes to lasting improvements in health, balance and awareness.
Nancy joined Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic in 2001. Since her great grandfather was a Swedish sea captain, it's only natural that she would eventually take to the seafaring life. She has now traveled from the Antarctic to the Arctic and many places in between. Nancy also teaches yoga, having studied extensively with yogacharaya BKS Iyengar during several visits to India. She holds a B.A. degree from Alfred University, New York, and is currently studying at the East West School of Herbology. Nancy continues to run Cranbury Therapeutic Massage in the beautiful historic district of Cranbury, New Jersey.
