Dora Nataliaulloa
Dora was born in Guayaquil in 1976. She attended a Bilingual Elementary School and the German High School; therefore she speaks both German and English fluently. She came to the islands for the first time at the age of nine, because her elder sister lived in Puerto Ayora, on Santa Cruz Island. Dora is an outdoors person. She likes the sciences, animals and plants. She visited her sister several times in Galapagos, fell in love with the islands and became a naturalist guide in 1994.
She has been guiding for several years, in 1998 she officially "retired" so she could sharpen her knowledge of environmental sciences. She finally went to college! She earned a B.S degree in Applied Ecology at the San Francisco University in Quito, where she lives right now. Dora likes to read and to practice sports - volleyball is her favorite. She also enjoys dancing and listening to music. Traveling, and getting to know other people, places and cultures is one of her passions.
