Brad Siviour
It was growing up by the sea on the Eyre Peninsula of South Australia that initiated Brad's love for the marine world. His passion led him to Flinders University in Adelaide, where he gained degrees in both Marine Biology and Ecotourism. His work then took him across the country from the flood plains of the Northern Territory to Queensland's Great Barrier Reef, and Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia.
Since 2012, Brad has been working aboard expedition ships around the world. He started out in the Kimberley region of Australia as a Naturalist and Fishing Guide, and then began to move further afield working numerous seasons as Marine Biologist and Expedition Leader in south-east Asia, New Zealand, and the south-Pacific, the Russian and Norwegian Arctic, Antarctica, and the Bering Sea. Nowadays, when not working on ships, Brad works as boat captain in the UK, taking tourists on sight-seeing journeys along the River Thames in London.
Wherever he is in the world, Brad is most likely to be found with his camera in hand and is always happy to share hints and tips with any budding photographers.
